Not satisfied with the product? Within 14 days of receipt, you have the option to return the product. Follow the steps below to proceed.

1. Fill out the return form below. This form is important for processing your return.
2. Package the product in its original packaging and ensure the product is in good condition. We need to match the package with the details from the form, so write your email address and order number on a piece of paper and include it in the box with the product.
3. Send the package back to us. You can drop it off at a post office or pickup point, or you can have it collected by a courier service. You are responsible for the shipping costs and liable for the return shipment. Keep the shipping receipt safe.
4. Once we have received the package, we will inspect the product and send you a confirmation. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
